We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with our production partner to replace the item at no cost to you. To speed things up, please include photos of the issue when you reach out.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and make it right.

Change of Mind, Sizing, or Preference

Because each item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or deciding the product isn’t quite your style. To help avoid sizing issues, please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at leoshaiku@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. We’ll confirm next steps and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Return Address

All returns are processed through our production partner’s facility. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
